All sales are final

All purchases from Research Kits For Less are final. Because our products are research-grade materials, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled. Please review your cart, sizes, and quantities carefully before checking out.

The only exception: lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives physically damaged, we will make it right at no additional cost to you. In that case we will either:

ship a free replacement, or
issue a refund equal to the purchase price of the affected items.

How to report a lost or damaged shipment

To open a shipping claim, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's expected delivery date and include:

your order number,
the tracking number,
a short description of the issue, and
for damaged shipments: clear photos of the outer packaging and the contents.

Situations that are not covered

Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong item.
Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather.
Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received (please contact the carrier directly to open a lost-package claim).
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or stored improperly after delivery.
Address errors made during checkout that result in an undeliverable package.

Payments made in cryptocurrency

Approved refunds for lost or damaged shipments will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, sent to the wallet address you provide. The USD value refunded is the original purchase price; we do not compensate for exchange-rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

All products sold by Research Kits For Less are for research and laboratory use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use. This refund policy applies solely to the sale and delivery of research materials.
